Hazardous wire
I have had two appointments with Xfinity to come out and bury this hazardous dangerous wire that was left all over my yard.
No one showed up for either appointment nor did anyone let me know no one was coming out. As a matter fact I spoke with the representative on each occasion and was assured the appointment was still going to happen.
yet nothing. Speaking back with the attitude representative and him saying those jobs are contracted out Xfinity has no say so over them.
Please forgive me for not understanding if you have a company that’s not preforming there agreement to a contract ISN’T IT TIME TO LET THEM GO. And get another one that will for fill the contract.
I have a concern someone is going to trip over it and get hurt.
Why? Are the customers being stressed with this nonsense.

Hello Benjamin M,
Thank you for responding, I have looked for the place on the right of the page and I cannot see a place to DM.
