Hazardous low-hanging / unmaintained cable line in backyard (Blocking electrical upgrade)

Hello,

I need an Official Employee to help me escalate the removal of an old, unmaintained Xfinity cable line hanging low in my backyard.

Because the wire is sagging and unmaintained, it is currently posing a safety hazard and completely blocking a critical, scheduled home electrical upgrade. I already called customer service to report this hazard, but it resulted in a total no-show.

Please reply so I can safely DM my account and address details to get a technician out to remove this hazardous line immediately.
