Hazardous low line left across 4 backyards for 20 days in Houston - Mower hazard.

Comcast has done work in our neighborhood and has left a sagging wire that is hazardous to anyone walking and on the ground in some parts, low enough that a mower would run it over and it could get caught in the blades. I’ve reached out and filed a complaint but have been ignored by the Comcast teams. The next step is the file a complaint with the City officials to start getting them fined daily. I nearly close lined myself walking around my backyard yesterday. It’s been nearly 3 weeks with no resolution.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
