Hazardous line in my yard

One of your lines is down in my yard about 1 foot off the ground and I have tried to contact several times And the issue is not getting resolved

It’s next to a pool with small children who can grab it it’s about 1 foot off the ground

I no longer have service with you and I would like the wire removed immediately
