Hazardous Conditions Follow Up Chicago 60619
Good morning, last night while leaving for work I submitted a Hazardous Conditions Ticket ([Edited: "Personal Information"]) because the cable that leads to my house was down on the ground in the alley where people drive and park. This downed cable is probably the reason why my internet has been down since yesterday afternoon. Can someone tell me if anyone has been dispatched to this area to fix this before someone gets hurt or more damage is caused? I have pictures.
