hazard cable hanging

We have a piece of land, and we are doing construction. There is a cable hanging across my land, and it is creating a hazard for the construction. Besides, it is very low, and we do not need somebody else's TV cable crossing my property, hanging, and creating a hazard to my contractors or me. We opened a ticket # [edited: removed PII], and nobody has reached out to us.
