Having trouble changing Internet plan

Hello,

I'm having trouble changing my plan.  The chat bot seems to be stuck in a loop and does not help.

I want to change my internet to the Xfinity Now 100 Mbps plan.  I am out of contract.  Thanks for your help.

@user_559fb1 Thank you for working with us via DM. I am glad we were able to get this set up for you. As a heads-up to other interested parties, you must have a disconnection order in for your Xfinity services before you can order NOW Internet. Because this is a NOW product, our support capabilities on this platform are limited. Thank you for your time. I hope you have a great night!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_559fb1 thank you for using the Community Forums page to reach out regarding your plan change. Apologies for the concerns you came across with the Xfinity Assistance, but we appreciate you taking the initiative that you did. It sounds like you have already had a chance to review our plans using the Planbuilder site which is perfect. Out of curiosity is there a particular reason why you wanted to 100 Mbps speed tier? Let's get your account pulled up on our end, so we can help you make this change today.
