Having trouble activating peacock subscription

Thanks for reaching out to us, to activate the Peacock premium subscription please Visit xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions within the 90-day window and log in to your account using your primary Xfinity ID and password.

• Note: If you don’t see your Peacock subscription listed, go to xfinity.com/activate-peacock.
1. You’ll reach the Xfinity StreamStore, where you can easily activate and manage your streaming subscriptions.
2. Click Activate next to Peacock Premium.
3. Enter the email address you’d like to use for your Peacock account. Then, click Continue.
• Any Peacock login issues should be directed to Peacock Customer Support.
4. Create your Peacock password and provide other account details. Then, click Activate.
• If you already have a Peacock account, you’ll be prompted to enter your existing Peacock email address and password. Then, click Sign In & Activate.
