Having problems with our two boxes

Hi. I have a question. Due to some bad wiring in our building, our cable boxes were hooked up to the wrong place. We had two boxes. We got one working, but the other one doesn't. Is there any way someone could refresh both boxes just to make sure? Please help. Thanks. Not sure which category this goes under.

Never mind, we figured it out. Just bad wiring at our place. We fixed the two boxes.
