Thanks for taking the time to post on our community forums, user_de9ed0! I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing your email. Are you running into difficulty when trying to sign in after migrating your email address or did your all of your past emails not transfer over?

... Xfinity mail is not going into my Yahoo email.

When you log in to Yahoo, are you entering your complete email address ending in "@comcast.net" in the "Username, email, or mobile" space?

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean.  There is a space at the top where is has Yahoo mail with a large space and I put in my comcast email address and nothing happens.  I thought it was an automatic that all Xfinity emails would go to Yahoo.  Plus all my folders and old messages and contacts would be transferred to Yahoo.

The page that you started the migration on, did it tell you to click on a link?  Were you in webmail at the time?  Were you told your account would be closed if you didn't click on something before a certain date?

Sorry I'm not sure what you mean ,,,

When you open https://login.yahoo.com/ after your Comcast/Xfinity email address is converted, the page prompts you to enter your "Username, email, or mobile". That is where you enter your complete Comcast/Xfinity email address ending in "@comcast.net". If that's accepted, the site will proceed to the "Password" screen.

My wife is having the same problem. After following the instructions, when she tries to login to yahoo mail, it takes her back to the xfinity login in page after she enters her password on the yahoo sign in page. If she tries to login to xfitinity, she gets a msg saying shes already logged in. It maddening frankly. We need assistance with this issue, something did not work correctly and we’re stuck in a loop.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing a similar issue, user_dtac46. Did you complete the process of verifying your date of birth, full name, and creating a password?

Hi there @user_kbquei, have you tried clearing your browser data? Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then close all windows. Open a fresh Incognito or Private window to attempt the migration again.
You'll also want to ensure your new password meets Yahoo’s security standards, as sometimes a simple password will trigger a generic 'error' instead of a specific requirement message.

If you have already accepted the Yahoo terms but are stuck on the password, try signing in directly at login.yahoo.com using your full @comcast.net email address.

We are here to help, user_72duop. Can you walk me through the steps you are taking and where you're running into an issue in addition to any error message or code you are receiving along the way?

Even with multiple attempts, I am stuck in an endless password entry loop when I try to migrate my comcast.net email to yahoo, despite having done everything I have seen might help resolve the problem. I will no longer attempt to migrate my (never used, anyway) comcast.net email account, unless and until I hear that the the software bugs are fixed.

Yep, exact same issue and how many others are saying-me too! Comcast says there is nothing they can do.  They ‘dumped’ us over to yahoo and don’t seem to care. Yahoo cannot verify me and after multiple attempts to try to reset my password, they have now marked my migrated comcast account as high risk.  [Edited: "Language"] are we supposed to do to get our email?  Was any research or protocol plan done by comcast in the event of needing to reset passwords on the yahoo side?  It seems not. Does anyone at comcast act as a liaison between companies to help customers-diamond, emerald, pearl or whatever our status?  We used to be gems to comcast!!!!! Now we are being treated like criminals by yahoo.

@user_q2a7yy, thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Communities Forums page. Are all your messages going to spam after the migration to Yahoo?
