Haven't received MasterCard Promo gift card YET
I signed up for now Mobile on December 27th of 2024 I have yet to receive my $50 promo MasterCard gift card and all I have done is been thrown around different people different extensions different this different I must have spent at least two solid weeks if you put all the time together just on the phone I mean hours and hours and hours and then I got this thing how to contact Tom the CEO guy or whatever that is just been the biggest run around you're they're still putting me off the worst customer service I've discontinued both of them honestly I didn't discontinue because I didn't receive the gift card I couldn't pay my bill I am a survivor of domestic violence I signed up for the essentials program cuz I thought it was great and all I've done is get [Edited: "Language"] by Xfinity the worst worst customer service I've been treated so badly it's unbelievable and I can't even you lies communications in my apartment where I'm sequestered pretty much due to the fact that my ex-husband was released from prison early for stabbing me and now I have to pay you back on my neighbors Xfinity because I have no income and I have no way to pay any bills and I was really looking forward to using that $50 to pay my bill but no Xfinity [Edited: "Language"] me over and I see this all over the Internet there's social media reviews are horrific..
And I just dare somebody who works for Xfinity to comment on this because I'm going to tell you right now unless you tell me you're sending me in my promo gift card don't respond..
