Haven’t received $200 Amazon gift card

it's been 7 weeks since xfinity incentive tracker said it's been issued.

Was it a virtual card sent by email or one sent by snail mail?  If it's been that long you might want to call the number for the tracker.

I didn’t get an email for either the USPS tracker or the digital card. I was just wondering today when I’d receive it, so I checked xfinityincentivetracker.com, entered my account info, and saw that the issue date was July 21st.

I also noticed a status message that says:

"Get excited! Your $200 Amazon eGift Card is on its way. Here's what you need to know. Your card was shipped by USPS and will arrive within 7 to 10 business days."

Not sure how you can mail an eGift card, but okay...

Anyway, the support number for Xfinity incentives just leads to a phone tree, and it seems someone previously got help via DM through the forum—but it looks like that feature is now disabled.

You need to wait until an Official Employee responds to you.  Sending an unsolicited DM is against the Guidelines and the Acceptable Use Policy.
