Haven’t gotten $200 Gift Card Incentive

Hello, I purchased the 1 gig student plan and expected to get a $200 gift card. This was in august and I have still not seen anything. Let me know if there’s anything I can do!

user_h6ak2k Thank you for reaching out to us with your questions! Once your prepaid card is ready, an email is sent to the email address associated with your Xfinity account. This email should include a link to the registration website. On this website, you’ll be able to check your balance, download the card to a virtual wallet, or convert it to a physical card. If there's no email address registered to your account, a physical prepaid card will be shipped to the account holder at the billing address associated with the Xfinity account within 16 weeks of all required service activations. You can check the status of Xfinity incentives at the following link https://www.xfinityincentivetracker.com/track.

I did that and entered my account number but received a message saying " Record not Found." I was told a ticket had been placed for me to receive the incentive, as the processing for the student ID verification was having issues.
