have service technician install cox cable in my house

We called xfinity to sign up for service. We scheduled a service appointment for Friday for a technician to come install coaxial cable into our new home. The technician showed up a hour after appointment time ans said I do not install coaxial cable you have to hire an out  side company to put the cable in then call us back. I need a installer who will do there  job.

To be sure, are you trying to have lines run through the walls of your home, and not a direct line from the outside of your home?

The home is a brand new modular home. No cable from post in yard to home. No cable from outside of the home to inside. No cable anywhere inside the home.

We can get the line to the house and one direct line from the outside installed with our pro installation options normally, there is a $100.00 fee for that. If you are looking for the lines to be run in the walls, that would not be something our folks can assist with, but we do work with HelloTech, which can assist with custom wall fishing and entertainment setups.
