Have Not Received Modem and Router Package

I am a recent new customer trying to set up xfinity cable internet. I was going to be renting the modem and router from xfinity (maybe a two-in-one modem/router combo, and maybe one other access point or something, I don't fully remember). Either way, FedEx says it shipped on 8/3/23 and was delivered 8/5/23 but I have not received the package. I opened a claim with FedEx but haven't heard back yet and I want to know if there's anything that can be done on this end. Thanks.

Oh no! Sorry to hear you did not receive your package. We can help! Please send us a direct message with your full name and the service address to get started. 

 

To send a direct message: 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
