Have multiple issues & can’t reach a rep
It has become hilarious to try to get any help. I manage my mother’s and my services and have problems to discuss. The automated assistant doesn’t have the appropriate selections for my needs but I can’t get to a person to get this done. I think we’ve been customers like 40 years. 40! I do not cancel
