Have Comcast Communication Box Correctly Installed Correctly
Last August I had Comcast out to extend a coax cable up to the house for internet. The Comcast tech that came out noticed the large green communications utility box in our front yard was apparently never set properly by Comcast. It is loosely sitting on top of the ground. The green plastic box is 32" L x 20" W x 26" H. We plan to make some landscaping changes around this large green eye sore, but before we do that, it needs to be property installed. The 11" high black section at the bottom of the box should have been buried in the ground. How do I get in touch with the proper Comcast infrastructure personnel to have this problem corrected?
