Have been waiting for 2 months for construction department to get cable internet

Hi, 

I have a new construction and had requested for new service in November. After a few weeks xfinity confirmed they could service my location (since neighbors have xfinity) and they sent someone to run the cable from street to my home. The technician said the house is far from the station on the road. The scheduled construction department to come out and access. Finally by December the construction department confirmed that they will pay for moving or setting up a new station closer to my house. Since they I called a few times, they had no update. Someone said they will have construction department to give an update and asked me to call back. I did call back but they couldn't trace my case number and some customer service agents even claimed my addressed cannot be serviced. So, I'm confused and don't know what to do next. I know MichaelC has helped many people. I hope he can help me as well.
