Has customer service changed?

26+ hours and long chats with “tech support”…no internet. Moved and Cancelled appointments. Is this how Comcast provides services now?

Xfinity was performing tech work in my neighborhood on Wednesday 05/21 and since then no internet. I’ve tried to contact help and have been given wrong answers…forced to change my plan to get tech support appt. The appt was moved. And then cancelled. I was advised to add an Xfinity modem to my account and that someone could pickup on my behalf…but each time was met with roadblocks.

I’ve been connected with more than 15 different agents and still..no one has given me an answer as to how I will get my services restored
