Harrasment from Tech******!!!!!
Not sure where else or how else i can get Xfinity to listen to me so I am writing on this forum.
On January 19th a tech came to my house to bury my cable. He asked if my husband was ok with him digging outside and if my kids where ok with the internet being cut off for a bit. I live alone and have no kids, however I told him that my husband was ok with it and that my kids will be too.
I am currently working from home and my work station is right by the patio door. As he was burring my cable he would constantly come inside my house and ask me questions. At first I looked at is as small talk but then I realized his intentions when he asked me out on a date which I declined. He asked about my 'husband': if i was happy with him, how much my house cost, how old i was, about my job, age, and many many other things. He also made comments about my looks. I tried to be short and dry with my answers because I did not want him to get the idea I was interested (even after I told him I wasn’t) but I was also afraid he would do a sloppy job out of spite.
Because he had my name and number from the info Xfinity, he added me on snachat and linkend (which I have proof). He also texted me from his personal number in case I changed my mind. It’s been over a month and he keeps harassing me and pretending to be someone else when he texts (form different numbers and apps). He has sent me naked pictures and other messages.
I called Xfinity 3 times. I have sent a supervisor an email with the screenshots and nothing has been done. Bought a ring camera in fear of my safety. I NEED FOR THIS GUY TO STOP. I will be filing a police report today.

I can definitely help with escalating this to the proper team. If you could send me a private message with your full name, and the name listed on the account (if different), I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
