Hardware upgrade

A month ago, we were notified of a system upgrade. Trucks came into the neighborhood and began working on the underground boxes in the neighborhood. This went on for two days. However, many of the boxes have been left open, many having the wiring exposed. The on in our yard simply has the plastic tower placed over the hardware but it's not secured. I have no idea if they aren't finished, but it seems that exposing all this hardware to the elements will effect the quality of the signal and erode the hardware. I have no idea who to contact.

@user_7t0u1i Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! There's a few options for you to report any open or damaged pedestals. You can click this link to report it online, or our team would also love to assist you if you can send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started. If there are multiple pedestals, having us help may be a better option, we just need to know the locations of the pedestals in question, such as cross streets if they are on a corner etc.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

It would be impossible for me to list all of the hardware that is exposed. The community is the Oaks, in Palmyra, PA. All of Oak Lane, Apple Blossum road the the various roads that run through the community are involved.

Understood user_7t0u1i! We would need to create a ticket to get someone out for the exposed wiring. Please send us a Direct Message following the previous steps so that we can create that ticket for you. Thank you!
