Hanging wires

I have hanging wires out side of my house. They are dangerously low.

A technician drilled through our siding, left exposed wiring across three garages on our building and then up a rockery, across a patio and through a garden.  You've have three teams come since and they buried about 12 inches of line, looked at the rest and laughed and then just left and never came back.  I received an email that the job was done.  Nobody bothered to communicate with us beyond that.  We have spoken to several people in the messenger feature who have disconnected when we refused an upgrade and asked them to remedy this liability issue.  Your customer service is horrendous, nobody is helpful or competent and your wiring poses a liability risk.  I expect someone to take this seriously and respect the easement that Xfinity is contractually and legally obligated to maintain.

Sunday, July 6, around 1:05 am, there was a pick up track hit the new electricity telephone pole and knocked down the transformer, electricity line, cable line and the internet lines down, damaged the side walk between our and neighbor's houses.   The driver was in critical condition and got sent away by the ambulance.  Duquesne Light replaced the light pole, restored the electricity on Sunday morning before 9 am for our neighborhood.  Verizon restored the internet for us on Monday.  However, we have been reaching out to Xfinity, Comcast, to request having the low hanging wire (3 feet above the ground) to be removed from our lawn and our driveway entrance, next to the side walk every day, with promising 4 appointments scheduled by the live agents with time window schedules that a technician would show up, however, no one came to remove the wires.  We were told that because we are not the XFinity customer, in order for a technician to come out and remove the hanging wire, we have to open up a new account with Xfinity.  This is a quite disappointment.  A public well known company like Comcast has no concern about their company reputation and public safety.
