Hanging up on me.
Called me twice today and hung up on me. I canceled service because I got married, I still have service just one account now. If you guys keep doing this I'm gonna cancel the other and go with someone else. And when I call back I can't get ahold of anybody. This is ridiculous, and so unprofessional.
