Hanging cable
Good thing I didn’t have electric shears going on the greenery growing along my fence line; otherwise, I would have cut right through the cable that some tech left hanging off the roof of my neighbor’s garage and into the shrubbery before connecting to the neighbor’s house. Somebody wanna come out and fix this?
