Hanging Aerial Drop Line and High Upstream Power - Ticket [Edited: “Personal Information”]

Regarding open safety request [Edited: “Personal Information”]: I am providing specific infrastructure parameters for the dispatched field crew. Following a previous pole accident repair, the aerial drop cable's integrated steel messenger wire was left un-tensioned and is currently hanging completely detached in my yard. The data coax is bearing 100% of the physical weight of the span and is actively stretching. This physical stretching has caused severe return path attenuation, pinning my gateway's upstream transmit power to a borderline 48.5 dBmV across my bonded channels. Additionally, the exterior demarcation box is compromised, open, and contains a bird's nest around the weather fittings. I need the Outside Plant (OSP) line tech prepared to pull a properly tensioned drop, re-secure the grounding strand, and swap out the weathered outdoor components with an all-in-one integrated MoCA ground block.
