Had underground cable installed by xfniity, however temporary above ground cable is still hooked up
Hi, during my new installation, the tech connected via a temporary above ground cable. He also ordered to have an underground line installed.
The underground line was installed a while back, but the connection is still using the temporary above ground cable. How can I schedule a tech to come out and hook up the underground line?
