Had new fence section installed, saw what I believe to be a cut wire nearby

I had a portion of my fence near some cables replaced, after the work was done I walked outside and saw what I believe to be Xfinity cabling that may have been hit. How do I confirm this?

As a helpful reminder, Xfinity customers can easily report concerns like low-hanging or cut cable wires, as well as issues related to refunds or payments, through our Report an Issue page.

Here’s how to get started:

1) Select the type of issue you’re experiencing (e.g., Low-hanging or down cable wires posing a safety risk).
2) Provide as many details as possible, then click Continue.
3) For wire concerns, choose the option from the drop-down menu that best matches your situation.
4) Double-check your information to make sure everything is accurate, then click Submit.

Once submitted, you’ll see a confirmation page and receive an email letting you know we’ve received your request. Our team reviews and processes requests in the order they come in, and we’ll keep you updated via email. If we need any additional information, we may reach out, and once everything is resolved we’ll send a final confirmation to let you know it’s all taken care of. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention.
