Had internet for a week, now it’s out

We have had this service for less than a week. The tech came out to bury the line today and now we no longer have service. Troubleshooting didn’t work. Now we have to wait a week before a tech comes to fix it. A week with service and a week without. Regretting ever signing up for this service. Considering g jumping back to intellipop.
