Guy Wire Relocation

I need to remove a guy wire from a private property.  PECO will be removing their wire but they have informed me that Comcast will need to remove their wire from the same anchor.  How can I get that scheduled.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

• Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address.

Hello,

I am a Builder of a new home and we need the xfinity guy wire relocated on a power pole near our driveway.  Acworth Power relocated theirs and said I would have to contact you for relocation of yours.  Please contact me at [Edited: "Personal Information"].  The address is [Edited: "Personal Information"].  No service at this address yet.  Under construction.  Please help.  Thank you!

We can certainly get a ticket open to have the wires relocated. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
