Green Pillar Cover
For months the cover for the Green Pillar in my yard has been missing. Several calls have been placed and tickets submitted to get a cover. I have even snagged technicians when I see them in the neighborhood for help and the response I get is to "take one from the other pillars in the neighborhood." SMH. I finally got a tag attached to it with the number 02587560.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to get this resolved? I'm so frustrated. If not, I'm going to start working my way up the leadership chain with my complaints until I reach someone who cares. I've found an org chart that will make it easy. My thoughts are to start with regional leadership then work my way to Mike Cavanagh and Brian Roberts. I'm willing to try anything I can....

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
