Green Ground Wire From Cable Line Outside House
I recently had my electrical main panel redone and the panel was moved to a new location for code compliance. I noticed after the electricians finished, there is a green ground wire that used to attach to my old main panel that is now just hanging around. It looks like the ground wire is spliced into the main line just right before the cable line enter the house. I am wondering if Xfinity is the one I would contact to have the ground wire reconnected and who do I have to talk to for this to happen?

@XfinityAaron: Your link is yet another example of the drawbacks of using link shorteners here in the Forums.
If you had just posted the actual link, you might have noticed that it was all wrong. "https://comca.st/3F1y6wn" expands to "https://www.reddit.com/message/compose?to=/r/Comcast_Xfinity". That's a Reddit link, for sending a message to a Reddit user. You and the OP are posting in "forums.xfinity.com", NOT Reddit.
You are asking a poster in the Xfinity Forums to log in to Reddit and send you a message there. That may not work out well.
@Klcuser : To send the requested information in a private message to Xfinity Support from any Forum page:
• Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person", but don't do that.
Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
• Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it
