No question, just an acknowledgment.  I am not able to find anyplace to acknowledge a wonderful employee at the Alexandria store, so I hope this works.  Without going into too much detail, let me say I was almost ready to terminate my account after moving from our West to Virginia.  I got some bad advise about the move, and that continued here after hours of conversations, text and phone, all of which were confusing and unhelpful, to say the least.  In desperation I went to the brick-and-mortar store and luckily I was helped by KELLY.  a real gentleman who diagnosed the errors along the way and approached the issue simply and effectively.  Please let Kelly know.  I promised to acknowledge  him and it is a honor.
