Green box out front of our house is broken
Our green xfinity box out front is broken. I called a few years ago to have it fixed and it has not been fixed. My neighbor had his garbage can in front of it today and the garbage man dumped it over causing it to brake even more. Can I please get someone out to fix it?

To confirm, have you recently attempted to report this through the Xfinity Assistant, by chance? Both customers and non-customers alike should be able to submit tickets for outside work orders, but our team does remain here to assist you further if necessary :)
