Green box in the front yard was damaged

How do I get the green box replaced in my front yard that contains the cables/wires etc...  it was hit by a car. I called 4 times and tried the chat feature 3 times and finally was able to send a message (damaged cable) but as soon as they opened it and gave me a reference number, they closed the case! It is impossible to speak to a real person with this company and get much needed help.

Hello user_wn02vh, I hope that your weekend has been pretty relaxing so far outside of dealing with this damaged pedestal. I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to our Forum, and for trying a few other places, but I have your back now. First, I'd like to research your account to see if a work order was created to address that pedestal, and if not, I can create a ticket to get us going in the right direction. Is your service being impacted at all by the damage? If so, that would change the plan just a bit.

user_wn02vh, that's a relief to hear, and always our first concern. Plus, no service is a quick way to ruin a weekend lol, so I'm happy your weekend is going nicely. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
