Greedy Money Hungry Corporate

since february (the shortest month of the year) i’ve been receiving an extra charge for overusing my data when i have the 1000 gbs. they want ME to pay for a data protection plan? that should already be incorporated with the [Edited: Language] $95 i’m paying already. everytime i try to address this issue they give me the same script and nothing ever changes. i get told im not gonna get charged for the fee and the next month im charged $30 dollars???? i’ve been looking into switching for awhile when i had to jump for $65-$95 and my service never got any better, but for sure will be cancelling my services soon. the corporate greed and expectations of how a loyal customer should be treated is extremely disappointing. i strongly recommend finding a service that isn’t so expensive and terrible with communication as well as actually solving and helping out a problem.
