Great news! We’re giving you a loyalty discount (representative had no idea what I was talking about)

I received this email yesterday, 12/18/25:

We hope you're enjoying your Xfinity Internet. As a reminder, your current promotional pricing expires on January (date redacted), 2026. However, to thank you for being an Xfinity customer, we'll be applying a "Loyalty Discount" credit to your bill for the next 12 months as long as you do not make changes to a product with a promotional, service, or product discount.

I reached out to customer service and the agent said there was no discount on my account. With the current promotions, I've been paying $30/mo, and due to some unexpected financial hardships, would really like to keep that pricing.

Please advise. Thanks.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_isr539 Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team regarding your promotion and loyalty discount. Keeping your services within a manageable budget is important these days. I'd be happy to take a look and confirm the email you received, along with review over some options that may be a bit more budget friendly. To begin, please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
