Great Customer Service

Hello,

I plan to start this out counterintuitively to what my title would suggest. 


This started out like a normal contact to update my plan. The agent kept offering me things I didn't want or need.. and granted the price was lower than my current plan they just were listening. When they told me that a 5 year plan would be more per month than a 1 year plan I grew frustrated and disconnected the chat. 


After I calmed down I reached back out. I'm so glad that I did. As Shreyas immediately offered me an even lower priced plan with the same speed and unlimited data. Only this time they weren't trying to bloat everything with other things I didn't want. Plus they were much quicker to respond. 


THIS is what customer service is all about. I wanted to leave a review.. but the chat never asked. Take care of people like this, please. I know customer service is a thankless job. 


So I am here to say THANK YOU SHREYAS!
