Great customer service
I had a misapplied bill because if some broken equipment. I was charged for missing an internet payment and given a late fee which confused me because I had no service. Hopped in the phone and got the whole thing sorted in only 30 minuets! Spoke to a representative who went by the name of Lauren and I gotta say she was incredibly helpful!
