Gourmet Popcorn Kit

I got email today (12.23.24) to fet free gourmet popcorn kit for being gold rewards member but Icannot get the link to redeem my gourmet popcorn kit for being Gold rewards member to work. I follow directions in the email, but I is not working. Here is from the email

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

Just redeemed mine today. I'm on android if that matters.. Took me to sign in page and no problems, just gotta wait awhile to get it. Also redeemed the $1 movie that I'm going to use for Beetlejuice on Christmas!😃
