Snail mail letter, or email message?
"Update" emails that have any sort of "click here or lose your access" link are almost always scams. Do not click!

I see nothing about approving yahoo terms and conditions in the Xfinity portal. I got an emai saying the account will be terminated 8/1/2025. Yes I was notified.

I received a notice last Thursday of things to do to prepare in changing to yahoo! Then TODAY 8/26/25 I revive a notice stating unless I accept the terms with yahoo “here” I lose all access to my Comcast email services! I of course click on the click here to accept terms of service button so I can keep my Comcast email active and get “this page does not exist 404” message! Tried for hours to get help through Xfinity results in a circular telling me “just accept the terms” problem is YOU CANT! The page does NOT exist to do so! Nice work Xfinity/Comcast! Also there’s no “export portal” anywhere within my Comcast email service so that a joke also! Worst business on the planet!

I've received multiple emails so far saying they're from Xfinity. Even researched to ask how do I know if they're spam. One answer said the real email will carry Xfinity logo. I have no idea what that looks like. Thanks for any clarification.

Check email that claims to be from Comcast/Xfinity with their Connect webmail (https://connect.xfinity.com/) and look for the XFINITY Verified Email logo. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-verified-email for examples of valid logo placement. A logo in the body of the email does not count.
Unfortunately, AFAIK the logo is not present when you view one of their messages in an email app or program. It's only visible when you use their web email site, and only for email sent to a Comcast.net address.
