Good riddance
Never in all my life have I ever been so completely disregarded..EVER. Today is the day I finally came to accept that the meaning of the words, valued customer, only applies to the privileged and apparently I just didn't meet the standards for Xfinity.
For almost 4 years I have been an Xfinity customer who's monthly bill was ALWAYS paid in FULL without so much as a late payment so I was completely shocked by the sudden termination of my service on October 18, 2023. Just shut it off. I spent the next 9 hours on the phone with about 6 different people (or more) trying to figure out how and why and to get it back on. 9 hours, ok? That's longer than a regular work day. I cooked for my family, went to the store, cleaned my house and didn't engage with my family to deal with this. During this time I discovered somehow a person by the name "Ramon [Edited: "Personal Information"]" was now the account holder and I was only a secondary, but now they need "his" consent to speak to me..not to mention I have now fallen a full day behind on my work since I work from home. AND Xfinity is charging me a "past due" fee of $40.70..that I NEVER OWED THEM. They investigate this finding I do infact owe this. Huh?! Um, no, I assure you I don't and have bank statements to back this up. Even your first tier agents had no trouble finding this information while it took 2 weeks or more for whomever your investigator is to get it wrong.
I have spent HOURS upon HOURS chatting, calling and emailing for a resolution and begging for a supervisor or ANYONE higher than tier one because EVERYDAY I was told "rest assured..I have fixed this for you", and things would be worse than before with everyone changing my account to apply "credits" I didn't ask for.
I have left out SO MUCH information from this ordeal..like the day my service was terminated, I had literally just filled out an Xfinity survey giving Xfinity (not the agent) a very low score and mentioned I would be looking elsewhere in the near future..coincidence? Na. I don't believe that. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. I don't know why I ever decided to give Xfinity the opportunity to fix the matter while I just kept getting [Edited: "Language"] by this company..
The next month straight almost daily I have tried everything I know reach out only to be swept aside..always. So, today is the day I say..I'm done..it's over Xfinity. I wish it could have worked out but..it's not me..it's YOU.
Good day and good riddance,
Catch you never and ba-bye!
-Never again
