Good afternoon

There is one of your data cables comcast technicians repaired following a tree fall but the technicians left an additional 30 plus feet of cable tethered to the supporting cable creating an "s-curve" which has collected tree branches. There is also a caution tape hanging from your wire in a number of places that was left in place. The technicians that repaired the cable mentioned they would return to finish the repair. That was on August 28, 2023 and no one has returned. Our road association has collectively initiated 5 tickets through your customer service system, all of which have been cancelled with no notes as to why the work has not been completed. Please help me resolve this issue for our road association as the local fire department and CAlFire is losing patients, as are our neighbors.
