Going to need a return address Xfinity doesn't honor their agreements

Xfinity confirmed they will not be honoring the payment agreement THEY set up for 6/12/26 and will be disconnecting my service tomorrow. I have the chat transcripts from 5/23/26 canceling the arrangement for today 5/27/26, rescheduled for 6/12/26, and confirming services would be secure. However, they are still claiming I "broke" the agreement. I am no longer eligible for the arrangement THEY set for 6/12 because of the unsuccessful attempt they made today.

Since I work remote, this threatens my job.

Anyway, long story short, I need to know where to send the equipment to when my services are disconnected in the morning? Also, will my account cancel immediately or do I need to initiate that myself?

Hello Mc_1219  👋 I appreciate you creating a new post for your question, and we're here to help! As we mentioned in our private messages, we'd be happy to escalate the matter regarding your payment arrangement for further review, but in the meantime, a payment for the past-due balance would be required to keep the service active beyond tomorrow. I understand how important the services are as someone that also works from home, so if you'd like for us to continue assisting, please follow up with us in our private conversation again.

If your services do cease and are not planning on being restored, you can easily drop off your rented equipment at any of our Xfinity retail locations, or we can supply you with a prepaid shipping label to have the equipment dropped off at any standalone UPS location by having you follow the steps at xfinity.com/returns 👍 While the charges would stop for any account ceased due to non-payment, the account itself would still not be formally disconnected, so if you do not plan on maintaining the account, it is best to submit a formal disconnect request so we can ensure you have all your need-to-know information.

Perfect! Will do. From the tone, I can tell I am not valued/welcome as a customer anymore. I will drop the equipment off once the services are disconnected. The purpose of a payment arrangement is to secure services. As I mentioned in the previous post/private messages, I chatted on 5/23/26 with an agent. 6/12 was the date THEY OFFERED when I requested additional time. If the agent would have denied my request for additional time on 5/23, I would have kept the original arrangement of today (5/27) and not gone to be with my mother during her neurosurgery. We would not even be having this conversation. I specifically asked if the arrangement for today was canceled, if the 6/12 was set, and if services would be secure. The answer was "yes, that's correct". I am not eligible for an arrangement because the one set for today --that I have the transcripts showing I was told was canceled--was "unsuccessful".  This is the 3rd time Xfinity has done something like this! The first time you actually received the payment but misapplied it!

We understand your concern completely and prioritize keeping your service active just as much as you do. The last thing we want is for you to be without them, and our goal is to work with you among the options we have, rather than turn our back when the first option isn't available. I see you replied to our private messages, so we'll be following up to continue helping shortly 👍
