Global Travel Pass

I have purchased the global travel pass two days ago and have not been able to use it. I am currently abroad and have not had any service since I have been here. I have been trying to contact xfinity for support over the past two days and I keep getting the notification that no agents are available. I am unable to receive any texts or calls and my only way of correcting the issue is through support from Xfinity. This is incredibly frustrating and has made it difficult to maneuver any purchases I want to make.

@user_j4kfx6 With Global Travel Pass, you can use data on your phone in over 215 covered destinations (https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/my-account/international) for a flat daily rate. Have you been activating the pass daily? Do you have roaming on in your phone settings?
