Give me my wifi settings back!

You are forcing me to stop using xfinity wifi.  The last time (in the last month), I had to spend well.over 10 hours trying to get my service restored with you.   Now, with a brand new modem, I again am being forced into a path of the same.   All.i want is my wifi advanced settings back.    Ever since I upgraded my modem, my 2.4g devices commonly drop and need a reboot to reconnect.   I am pretty sure it is a ip lease setting issue.  This never happened with my old modem.  Xfinity also no longer lets me change my wifi channel, but instead, I and all my neighbors are all.piled on the same one.  When i call first i have to navigate a horrible ai system and then they only want me to repeat troubleshooting i already did, or send a tech out who cant do anything more than I can with seeing.

At this point I will not be recommending renewal of our xfinity bulk services when it comes up, not for anyone to move to xfinity.

Please give me advanced settings back and or the ability to call xfinity corporate to talk to them.

I am one VERY frustrated consumer.

Now i cant even manage basic network settings?  Someone please help.    When I try to connect directly to the modem, it directs me to the useless app.
