To send a "Direct Message":

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

  • The service requires a two-year contract, which includes a $1,150 early termination fee. The termination fee declines over the course of the contract.
