Gigabit X2

Hello,

I was trying to inquire if Gigabit X2 was available at 2 locations of mine.

I called and the rep had no idea what I was talking about.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, and thank you for reaching out to us! I'd love to look into our Gigabit X2 speeds with you to see if it's available in your area. Here is a list of some areas that may offer this speed option:

Live in

  • Colorado Springs, CO
  • Battle Creek, Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo, Michigan.
  • Panama City, Florida.
  • Knoxville, Tennessee.
  • Atlanta, or Augusta, GA
  • Greater Philadelphia, PA

Subscribe to a Simple & Easy package (non-legacy package).
Have an xFi Advanced Gateway (XB7 or XB8).
Have or order xFi Complete to receive the 200 Mbps upload speed.
If you don't have xFi Complete, the upload speed is 100 Mbps.

@XfinityStephanieK Hello, do you have an updated list of regions for availability? I was told there would be 34 by the end of the year, so I’m wondering which those are 🙂

Hello there. We would be happy to see if the gigabit x2 is available in your area.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@XfinityCam Hi cam, that was not what I asked, sorry, I wanted the list of regions of availability, not availability at my particular address, which I check frequently on xfinity.com/gig

I do apologize that after checking our resources, I am not finding any additional information available showing more locations at the moment, but I know our technicians are hard at work to improve our network! We can always check your addresses directly as well. If you'd like to, please feel free to send us a direct message with the steps above to get started.
