Gigabit X2 Availability?

Hello!

I'd like to enquire whether the Gigabit X2 service was available in my area.  It was originally in plan builder but recently disappeared.  I have confirmed that I have the appropriate equipment.

I saw from other posts that I need to send a Direct Message sharing my address info but I need to post first.  Let me know where I can share the info with to get confirmation.  Thank you!
