Gigabit x10 site survey
A site survey is requested to determine serviceability for Gigabit x10 (fiber-to-the-home) symmetrical internet service at this location.
Current DOCSIS tier upload speeds are insufficient for present bandwidth requirements. A direct message containing the required account name and physical service address will be transmitted to Xfinity Support immediately following this public post, in compliance with forum protocol.
Please initiate the engineering review ticket.
