Gigabit X10 10 Gbps Fiber Serviceability Request

I would like to request a Gigabit X10 serviceability review and site survey for my residential address.

I am interested specifically in Xfinity Gigabit X10 symmetrical fiber-to-the-home service (up to 10 Gbps download and 10 Gbps upload), not the standard DOCSIS or X-Class 2 Gig service.

Please submit a Gigabit X10 serviceability ticket to determine:

  1. Whether my residence is within the serviceable distance of the Comcast fiber network.

  2. Whether a fiber route can be constructed from the nearest Comcast fiber node to my residence.

  3. Whether additional construction would be required.

  4. Any additional construction cost that would be my responsibility.

  5. Current Gigabit X10 monthly pricing, equipment, installation, activation, and contract requirements.

I am ready to provide my full name, service address, phone number, email address, and Xfinity account information privately to Xfinity Support.

Thank you.
